Carnival Cruise Line - Wouldnot refundmy upgradefee
I am Joan wanas My sister Elaine Smigocki booked a free cruise given by the Tropicana casino..We booked this for October 22 on the carnivalpride out of Baltimore, booking #8CS9N4...We upgraded to a balcony cabin and was charged almost $400...Unfortunately, we had to cancel because Elaine was diagnosed with brain cancer and was hospitalized..I was told that carnival would not reimburse me the $400.
This may not be a lot of money to you but it certainly is to me.
Please be compassionate and reimburse me this money..We were so looking forward to this vacation only to be hit with this devastating news.thank you
