We think it's only right that they give most of our money back since we did make it there by 4 pm

My name is Alfreda Montgomery and my guest is Diane Daniel we missed our cruise because our flight was to the wrong port we went to Orlando instead of ft lauderdale when we found out we was in the wrong place we got a uber to take us 3 hours away to ft lauderdale we called carnival all the way there they kept telling us if we get there by 4 pm we could still board we made it there at 3 min till 4 but they would not let us on and we had to pay they uber driver $ $444 dollers for getting us there 3 hours away after we got there the doors was still open we told them we was the ones that called and said we was on the way but they still would not let us on and the lady that came down to the door that they was telling us it's up to her to let you on was so nasty to us that was not called for so I want to know can we get at least some of our money back and vouchers for a trip at another time our booking number was 5 WV2J8 it was for carnival conquest and I think it would be a good idea in the future if you give your guest at least 15 to 30 min after four grace time because you never know what can happen

Everything you are complaining about is your fault. The time you are supposed to be there is clearly stated. You "read" and agreed to the contract that states what time you need to arrive by.PS:Maybe instead of spending money on cruises, you should use it for some English and grammar classes.


So you went to the wrong airport and it's Carnival's fault? No. This is on you.


This is 100% your fault! You failed to adequately prepare for your vacation. Own up to it and move on.
