I booked a cruise with Carnival and they gave me a price that we agreed to.They emailed me the invoice and balance due.

1 Month later a invoice shows up at my home with another price much higher then we agreed when we put down our deposit. Carnival has said the issue is all there fault but refuse to honoe there quote. I have tried to get in touch with C/S and no one will respond. My vacation planner at Carnival called me the other morning at 3:45 to explain his mistakes but could do nothing to fix it as it was over his head.

He told me I needed to speak with a supervisor. Problem is they will not respond. I have tried over and over.

Customer service at Carnival is a big joke.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Just finished a cruise with Carnival Cruise lines, what a rip, bad food, transported from Mexico to Dan Diego on the dirty bus never mind the rude staff that would not help you with anything. This cruise was recommended by my travel agent would be to stay away from Carnival and do not book anything through the Flight Center agent who also I will never use again, she is was just as bad, she is with Flight Center, my recomedations is to stay away from Flight Center,obviously the agents work on my commision and don't care either
