I booked a cruise with Carnival and they gave me a price that we agreed to. They emailed me the invoice and balance due.
1 Month later a invoice shows up at my home with another price much higher then we agreed when we put down our deposit. Carnival has said the issue is all there fault but refuse to honoe there quote. I have tried to get in touch with C/S and no one will respond. My vacation planner at Carnival called me the other morning at 3:45 to explain his mistakes but could do nothing to fix it as it was over his head.
He told me I needed to speak with a supervisor. Problem is they will not respond. I have tried over and over.
Customer service at Carnival is a big joke.
Monetary Loss: $300.
