Carnival Cruise Line in Galveston, Texas - Carnival destroy’s your property!!!!
When I checked my bag, the idiot loading it decided to take my binoculars apart ( I assume to check for it being some sort of liquor container) and took one of the lenses off. I would have been fine with it but the didn’t put the lense back on. Now I have a useless pair of binoculars. When I tried to get it addressed at guest services, I was told by their supervisor Annya Sanchez that it was not their problem. I have never been treated this rudely and will never go on another Carnival cruise because of it. If you cannot expect your belongings to come through their check points in one piece then let your passengers know this. I spent over $5000 dollars on their cruise. You think they could at least not destroy my property.
