Carnival Cruise Line - Money back on my credit card from trip I paid for Sept. 10th
I booked a cruise for my mother-in law Barbara Dickens & Jeanne Brown for Sept. 10, 2017 out of Baltimore, Md.
on Carnival Pride (BOOKING # Is 6PT3P7 ) The amount paid was off of my credit card ending in 2274 from Navy Federal. Because of the Hurricane in the Caribbean Carnival refunded 25% back. My issue is this was a bad experience for both of those passengers, they are elderly and will not be cruising again and I paid $ 2,240.50 for the two of them and I would like to recieve the 25% on my booking # 6PT2S1. I cruise very often and would like to apply the 25% on a future cruise.
This cruise was a gift to them from me to try and convince them to sail again with me and my wife. My VIFP # is 900354**** James Hawks 125 Queens Lane Franklin, Va. 23851( 7**-**9-7621) I booked the cruise, I paid for the cruise, they are not cruising again, can you PLEASE APPLY THE 25% TO ME FOR A FUTURE CRUISE. If you need more info from me or my bank its not a problem.
I'am a Platinum cruiser and would like to book another cruise before the end of Nov.
