On sept 20th 2018 i boarded ship and a porter assisted me with baggage. Later that day i decided i wanted to capture some footage with my Gopro 5 hero only to find out it was stolen by a carnival employee.

I went to service desk only to have the security team turn my room upside down and search everything in room.

With hopes of some kind of solution i agreed only to say they would submit a lost item report and few days later no solution. All the carnival employee had to say was that i should have carried it with me as if this happens all the time and makes it okay for them to steal.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
