Donald: I am writing regarding the Vacations-to-Go booking #8GH1Z2 on the Carnival Vista cruise ship in the names of (names removed). First, let me state, I was not a party to this trip. It was paid for using my credit card. This whole trip was a fiasco due to an act of God.

Because of the adverse weather conditions, this trip went from an eight-night trip, leaving on Saturday, September 9th with 4 ports of call, to a six-night trip, leaving on Monday, September 11th, to a five-night trip with two ports of call, leaving on September 12th, to a four-night trip leaving on September 13th. During this whole fiasco, no time was given as to when to arrive at the Miami port. I guess (names removed) were just supposed to show up and wait for a time given to board the ship. Oh, did I mention, their flight was canceled and they could not get another to board the ship on any of the dates provided.

At least Delta airlines was much more accommodating when it came to refunds. I have contacted my bank to dispute this charge, if necessary I will contact my attorney and take both companies to small claims court, I am sending a copy of this letter to Clark Howard, a well-known consumer advocate in Atlanta, Georgia. I will be posting this circumstance on social media and I know to state the facts and only the facts. As originally stated at the beginning of this letter, I was not a party to this cruise, only my credit card was used.

I am 62 years old and in poor health and will not be cruising again in my lifetime, and if I did, Carnival would not be my cruise of choice even if it was a free cruise. Please do the right thing and refund the rest of my money. Believe me, I will go the distance on this until I am dead. Sincerely, โ€œAgain, our hearts and prayers go out to all who have suffered due to Hurricane Irma.โ€ Where is your heart now Mr.

Fox and Mr. Donald?

P.S. I have kept my word to post this letter and I also have an appointment with my attorney to file suit against Carnival Cruise Lines.

This issue has been resolved after months of asking for my money. I personally will never take a Carnival Cruise.

Their names state it all.

They have a carnival like atmosphere and they lack quality. Good riddance!
