I cannot get through to Carnival's Customer Service line, none of the automated prompts allow you to speak to a live agent. After my email was read by Carnival, they directed me to a guest services department to check on my Sail and Sign card charges.

They did not read that my charge in question was made before I sailed. I emailed them again and I'm waiting for a response.

They called me back pretty quickly, but refused to take responsibility for the problem. They blamed the travel agency. I dont think the travel agency assigned a cabin number, nor did they give us our boarding pass and luggage tags.

Great, polite and professional. I like the service experience I had with the service personnel I spoke to.

The personnel person was friendly, understanding, respectful, patient and kind. I was really happy with the results.

Thank you for assistance in helping me to resolve my issue. Nonetheless, I had a great Carnival Cruise.

I had a bad experience with the customer service because I have a 21yr old son that is autistic and we are being forced to buy the drink package for him because both of us drinks and he doesn’t drink at all he has what is called Autism spectrum disorder and customer service told me because he’s 21yrs of age the we have to buy him Virgin drinks and we don’t think that is right that we have to buy my 21yr old autistic son with a disability the drink package
