Carnival Cruise Line - Poor customer service

Booked a cruise and called back in the evening to give my deposit. Carnival acts as if they have the hook in your mouth and just reeling you in. When I called to give a deposit they would not give me the promotional items. I was going to give them a $500. deposit and the balance next week. They told me I had to pay in full or I will be penalized. Salespeople were very rude and hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. Called my credit card company and canceled payment. If sales people treat you poor before the purchase, one has to wonder how they treat their guest once bill is paid in full.
