Well, so I have to let everybody know about my disappointing last cruise on the Sunshine. After cruising for the last 12 years with Carnival through Lorelei Westberry we set out on our yearly vacation in hopes of de-stressing but found the whole Cruise a big disappointment.

Starting with the size of the Ship (tiny), the large amount of people on it (over crowded), the super small rooms (room for one person) that are to small for a large bed and two people in it, even smaller bathroom, no outlets to pluck electronics in it, NO REFRIGERATORS, Lido Deck was wall to wall people and the pool was filled to the edges with kids to the point that it was standing room only, the lines for dinner was no less then 1 your waiting only to find out you get a buzzer to wait again. WHY, because they didn't have the second dining room open, EVER.

The Lido dining was also frustrating, not many food choices, barely warm food at best and many many more things to complain about. As a matter of fact, we were sooo disappointed that we wrote a 3 page letter of complaint to Carnival Complaint Department but they never even responded back

This reviewer shared experience about bad quality and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). This person is overall dissatisfied with Carnival Cruise Line. Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
