This was a nightmare! I have never been on a cruise were your lido deck where all your buffet is , is full of flies and just dirty. Not have I been on a cruise where your customer services was rude! Or where your room had no good air condition and it too full of flies and bugs and when you complain they say they don't have any room to change you into it was horrible and we had a party of 61 of us traveling trying to enjoy my niece's wedding . Carnival Cruise Lines, How to increase customer satisfaction. I’m already frustrated with your service and I haven’t been on the cruise yet. 6th carnival cruise... worst cruise ever. Carnival dropped the ball on this. Bad service every where. Used to see stewards up and down the hall, now you don't see anyone. Bad cleaning...if they cleaned at all. Our floor was not clean when we got on and looked bad all week. No vacuuming. Food trays gone made for a balancing act in the dining room. Some of the meals I used to love changed recipes and were awful tasting. Big disappointment... Read more

In August I emailed direct Micky Arison the CEO of the Carnival Corporation, the worlds largest cruise line and leader in this industry. We just returned from a Carnival cruise on the Carnival Legend and were extremely displeased. This was our 9th Carnival Cruise and our 14th cruise overall. Carnival Cruise Line This was my first cruise, and my family and I were very disappointed. After the first night in our tiny cabin we woke up itching. We notified the staff and they told us to leave the cabin for an hour, so they could investigate. We came back and they told us they found nothing, but my husband, my son, and myself had red bumps on parts of our body. Ship was dirt, windows were all filthy even in the main dining room. Room furniture was old and in need of repair. Cabin location was above the night club so between the hours of 11:00pm -2:30 am the entire cabin shook. Shower over flowed due to clogged drained. Food was bland and boring. Our honeymoon on your cruise ship elaction was scary there was a stabbing on board the bed hurted my back the entirr cruise it was a scary and hurting experience i would like to go again and hope my second experience would be a lot better i would like a refund but what can you do to help us have a more found memory of our honeymoon please help.
