Ship was dirt, windows were all filthy even in the main dining room. Room furniture was old and in need of repair. Cabin location was above the night club so between the hours of 11:00pm -2:30 am the entire cabin shook. Shower over flowed due to clogged drained. Food was bland and boring. Our honeymoon on your cruise ship elaction was scary there was a stabbing on board the bed hurted my back the entirr cruise it was a scary and hurting experience i would like to go again and hope my second experience would be a lot better i would like a refund but what can you do to help us have a more found memory of our honeymoon please help.

Well, so I have to let everybody know about my disappointing last cruise on the Sunshine. TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:I just came from a cruise: SENSATION 08/11 t 08/15/2016 cabin U138 I'm 80 years old, so, for my relax I took my car and park across the entrance : Terminal D When I came today I found a surprise: The Sensation park at terminal E. Where do we begin? I suppose our first mistake was taking a 5 day cruise AFTER a 7 day. Expectations were high and extremely deflated on the Elation. Perhaps our next mistake was booking carnival again after watching staff eat between fixing meals without washing hands. Booked a cruise on Carnival Ecstacy June 25-30,2016. Had several issues with the cabin. Service was only 1X a day instead of the usual 2. No beds turned down at night. Bathroom floor had a ridge of 1" high from the toilet to the sink, very uncomfortable for the feet. Dining services, food was cold, meat was dry and too salty for our high blood pressure. Me and the Issue: I, Shan Sun, booking# 1ZWF4F, cabin# R199 ,Carnival Fantasy, sailing date: 7/11/2016. Carnival lost my CELL PHONE and a Set of KEYs as I and the family going through the security during the check-in at terminal D at about 2:30PM on 7/11/2016. These people were lucky they had their problem resolved. I guess it's because of the travel status. I've only had two cruises with Carnival. The first on the Magic and second on the Liberty. The first cruise was fantastic with Great crew and overall good experience. The liberty's crew Not Great. In the dining room I almost felt Like I was in school where the teacher used a ruler.
